My card was charged, yay! (only time I will ever be happy my card was charged) lol  Are the phone calls required? Is there any other way to approve delivery? I'm usually at work all day, I mean ALL day. I have no access to my phone to receive the call. Is there any other way to do that?

My card was charged too! Order is now at open status, waiting on tracking number

Has anyone who pre-ordered from NewEgg actually received any shipping notices or seen a card charge?
 
I noticed they changed the website from "Ships 4/24/17" to "Released 4/24/17" a couple days ago, and today it changed to "Out of Stock, ETA 4/25/17", so I'm curious if they are actually going to ship today or if they're just getting a big batch in like eVGA did today, and they'll actually ship tomorrow... or if they will ship at all this week.
 
Any insights eVGA team?

Who knows from Newegg, they can't determine a different seller. As far as EVGA, I would say today/tomorrow, my card has been charged, no tracking number but the status says 'pending verification'. Assuming it just hasn't been updated, I'd guess it shipped today/earlier tomorrow since they took out the money.

I think you were missing the point of my question :) I was asking eVGA if they knew if NewEgg got their shipment inbound today, or if they received it prior to today and thus they would ship today.
 
I know NewEgg can't determine a different seller, I'm asking if eVGA can confirm if NewEgg has received their pre-order batch yet.

What I was trying to say is EVGA is shipping last week/today. They gave stock to Newegg to ship out today/this week, but EVGA can't say when Newegg will ship. My thought is they will ship today/this weke and have more in stock this week. Newegg should have an auto-notify option.

I'm a happy camper now. Got a phone call from EVGA to confirm my order today. After that. My card was charged and I got a tracking number in a few hours. Still have to wait till Friday for it to arrive. Happy I waited out for the pre order. I have two SC2s on the way for my new SLI setup

I imagine newegg has stock,  i just purchased one since said the "in stock limit 1 per customer"  This is for the 1080 ti SC Black btw. Charge on card and paypal. Newegg says estimate shipping 4/25 by end of day.....hopefully no delays.
 
 
EDIT: Actually i have not been charged for the card yet, only the game.  GPU still says Order Verification.
 
EDIT 2: Payment has been charged hopefully will get tracking info today.

Let me get this straight, you just placed an order today and didn't pre-order? Keep me posted if your card actually ships.
 
I will be right pissed off at newegg if this is the case because I placed my order April 5th and I didn't get a re-assuring response that it would even ship this week. If they ship new orders before pre-orders then that's just outright scummy and they don't deserve my business in the future. 
 
I ordered an SC2 mind you but both say "out of stock, not available"

Yup pretty much. Was using the nowinstock for the 1080 ti and managed to snag one. It did say in stock, nothing about any delay or shipping later so i am hoping no delays.

Shipped yesterday, delivered (to my work) just now.  Helps to be about an hour and a half from EVGA / their distribution center...
 
Now I just have to sit here and stare at the box until 5pm.

My GPUs are coming in 2 separate packages oddly enough. One is currently in Sacramento CA, and the other in Sylmar CA.

I guess the joke is on people who still pre-order anything gaming related. The universe keeps giving us signs to stop pre-ordering(ME: Andromeda most recently) but we still do it. 
 
Newegg's release date was also a week after the official release date and I for sure ordered the first day it was possible so I'll be pretty annoyed if it doesn't at least ship this week.
 
Sorry if I sound entitled but I figure that pre-ordering that early entitles me to at least have my card ship BY the day it's released.
 
I feel like I'm David Dao and Newegg is United Airlines now selling more pre-orders than they are able to fulfill.

My NewEgg Pre-order just charged my card and confirmed my order... I'm guessing NewEgg got their shipment today.
 
I'm sure a shipping email will follow in an hour or so.

It has everything I need and full RGB like the FTW 3, minus 1 fan, dual bios and probably some better surface space cooling. I ordered what I wanted.

I also sold my FTW2 today which was a really nice GPU.

I owned an EVGA GTX 1080 SC2 and the FTW2 and there really wasn't much of a difference in performance. Just RGB, dual bios and some fancy packaging.

The new SC2 has full RGB lighting which is one reason why I purchased it.
