1080ti FTW3 no ICX ?

Hello everyone, 
 
It  seems that my ECX system is not detected by Precision and the fans didn't work.
I already have a second 1080Ti who work fine on my setup and drivers.  
I take this screenshot so you can see there is no multi fan detection and temperature readings. 
I have tested both OC and normal bios and follows administrator's troubleshooting thread but no change. 

Any suggestion before RMA ?

    You may need to do this...
     
    #1 Uninstall Precision XOC.
    #2 Delete the evga folder located in c:\program files (x86)
    #3 Shut down computer, and uplug power supply from wall.
    #4 Press and hold case power on button for 30 seconds.
    #5 Plug psu into wall & boot pc.
    #6 Install latest version of precision xoc.
    #7 Start precision xoc. You should get a firmware update at this point which should correct everything.

    Thanks for  the answer, but  it's not working 

    I also did a cross test with one other GTX1080Ti FT3 who works fine. 

    So i guess it's from the bios so I  test the EVGA  flash tool found on the  forum but the card is no recognize by  the software. You can see  the error i get  in the pics.  
     
    Is that possible that my card can't do an update ?

    Looks like you'll need to rma the card.
