Anyone else experience this? Sometimes on cold start when the fans are at 0 RPM (due to temps), the fans will grind for about 2 seconds while spinning up and then function normally. Im also experiencing the "howling" noise when the fan(s) hit certain RPM range while coolling (~30-35%). Lastly, Im getting random pops/clicks from the card while the fans are spinning with no load. Ive attached the video+audio to support so they can hear whats going on.

I had the grinding on fan startup on my 980ti when I first got it, it went away after a while (or I don't notice it anymore but pretty sure it stopped). See here: https://forums.evga.com/GTX-1070-FTW-fan-stop-noise-m2535503.aspx

You can gently press down on the fan hub and hope that helps.
