Evga 1080 ti FTW3, is not booting with this Z490 DARK motherboards?

Motherboard: EVGA Z490 Dark
Cpu: i5 10600k
Gtx: Evga 1070Ti
Memory: Corsair CMK32GX4M2A2400C16 Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB)
PSU:Phanteks, 850W 80 Plus the Revolt Pro
ssd :Samsung 870 QVO 4 TB SATA 2.5

    Video isn’t working. Might want to upload the vid to another site. Have you tried clearing your cmos? What post code are you getting stuck on?
