So I have a rather new problem that I am not quite sure if I should be worried about yet. Lately, right after boot, I will have distorted artifact lines running across the last centimeter down at the bottom of my primary monitor (I have a dual). For some reason, this appears to only happen on that primary monitor and it seems to last about 10-20 seconds before disappearing entirely until next boot cycle. I want to believe this is purely a software problem and may possibly be related to how Windows 10 handles driver initiation upon startup, but truthfully I do not know. This is a rather new issue and I do not have a lot of information quite yet, I had only thought to be proactive in posting on the forums in case this is a sign I should be preparing for possible replacement.

Currently reinstalling drivers to ensure that is not a problem.

Here is what I do know:
Should not be a temperature issue. I placed my card on a waterblock nearly a year ago and my temperatures only ever hit ~45 degrees C on the hottest of days.

Should not be overclocking, I have toyed with my clock speeds before and already know my particular card has a 2050Mhz wall. Anything beyond that is a crash, anything before is usually stable.

And that is about it. If anyone has seen something like this in the past let me know what the situation became in later days and what you ended up having to do to repair it. If this escalates any further I will see if it is possible to capture what my card is doing with a screenshot, and if that doesn't work then I may post a classic potato photo of my monitor.

Quick Spec Details:
X99 Chipset/ i7 6800k (Clocked up to 4.2)
850w Titanium Seasonic PSU

Sounds like the issue could be a faulty display cable/gpu output.

Interesting, I'll swap monitor outputs temporarily and see if the issue migrates. If not, it's the cable. If so, possibly the GPU output itself.

Haven't been able to get to this lately, but I thought I'd throw out the solution I ended up finding as a simple update. It just so turns out that it isn't my display output or the cable, it is actually my monitor itself. Seems that it is picking up some severe display glitches when booting up from cold after having not used it for several hours at a time. The artifacts seem to disappear once my monitor "warms up", so this issue likely stems from the outside temperatures. They only just began dropping into what is considered winter temps here so that also explains why this issue is rather new. Thanks for the input though!
