Hi.
Had to RMA my 1080Ti due to it just straight up black screening and fan spasming on me last Wednesday, was sent next day delivery insured guaranteed before 1pm, and it has been marked as received at 10:45 AM at the UK RMA Outlet.
I have not received any more information and the third business day is quickly coming to an end!
I thought the policy was 1-3 days?
Anyone else had issues like this or more information on it? I desperately need to get my quad monitors back up and running!

Please remember that the day your RMA is checked in is not necessary a processing day and our warehouses are not open on the weekends. Your RMA Shipped within 2 business days.

That's insane, RMA for 2-3 days, How? Other brands are persistent to follow 30 days politic + 1-2 week before you explain problem and deal with them to accept RMA. It's common to people spent 2/3 of summer for RMA GPU or motherboard. You explain everything, send hardware go on vacation and after you back for few days replacement arrive.

Samsung was right around 4 weeks for my warranty monitor..... got to them in 3 days , but took that long to get approved, fixed, signed off on & sent back to me....

And look at all the fuss all over the Forum over how long EVGA takes.  A Week to 10 Days Works for me just fine.

It took me a month to get replacement galaxy buds, 2 days to get to them and 2 days shipping back to me. I would have happily paid shipping to them and ground shipping back to me to get them 2 weeks faster.

wow, that's awesome, i'm in a situation like yours, but i got very impressed by how quickly evga reps seem to attend this RMA's, what was the resolution you got at the end with your 1080ti malfunctioning?
