How is something that hasn't launched sold out already?

Maybe once it launches it will sell out, but for now, it's just an announcement that it is coming. It can't technically sell out until it officially launches.

How is someone supposed to know it hasn't been released yet??  It states "Auto Notify", which EVGA uses to show an item is sold out (when the price is shown).  "TBD" is used to show an item that is pending release.

Also, so as to not be a hostile poster - I will notify you all now that the GTX1080Ti is in stock right now on the Nvidia website :D

Are you sure the 1080 kit fits?  Why do people using that kit on Titan XP have to leave off the shroud then?

There's a small section of the shroud modified for the 6+8 PCIe power connectors for the 1080 Ti or Titan (p). Other than that, they are the same. I'm being a bit snarky as Nvidia is really making thier AIB's dance to their tune this release cycle. It's annoying.

More involved than just cutting 6+8 you also have to cut and grind midplate

Why would you have to do that when the new model is supposed to fit all ALL 1070/1080 and 1080 Ti blower models?

evga 1k series hybrid used to fit 1k series card (not the titan). now that the 1080ti is out it does NOT fit all of the 1k series. To get it to fit people are buying the old one and hacking it up to fit, there is no way evga is going to take a dremel to old units so they needed to create a new mold that clears the tolerances of the full line of 1k series cards.

Might be waiting a while more.. from the amount of interest I've seen expressed here and other forums (such as NVidia forums), it is going to be quite a mission for EVGA to meet the demand for the first few months. Obviously I don't know for sure, but I suspect it will be a case of refreshing the product page every few minutes 24/7 until stock appears, and then hoping you get your order in fast enough to beat the rest of the punters before that stock is gone - either that or just dumb luck checking the page at the right moment. We've been here before with the initial 1080 release.

Good luck.

Got my 1080 Ti FE installed. I always said the 1080 Ti was the last part of my build but... as it turns out the EVGA hybrid for the 1080 Ti is my last piece of my build!

Praying for some dumb luck to get one of these hybrid kits in stock some time in the near future.

I want to hear some news on the EVGA or EKWB(new) quick disconnect cooling systems.

The hybrids can be a pain finding a mounting spot (especially for SLI) on a full size case.

If EVGA doesn't release a 1080 Ti AIO GPU kit, you could check with Corsair and NZXT to see if they have compatible AIO GPU brackets.

I got the corsair bracket for my 980 Ti.. Never again will I go the corsair rout for GPU unless they make some major changes.

The N980 Corsair bracket is a serious piece of junk. It bends the card and barely touches some of the memory modules.

I also had to custom install my EVGA back plate to get rid of some of the warping. IT was a serious PAIN!

I do love Corsair cases and coolers though.. just the GPU brackets I hate.

Here's to hoping the Hybrid will get some stock soon!

I was considering going 1080 Ti FE and one of these, but it appears people have been waiting for this kit a long time...  Wonder if it will even come out before the custom 1080 Ti's.

Define a "long time"  The 1080 TI has only been out for 18 days now.  The Titan XP users may have waited a long time, but the 1080ti users surely have not.

Watch this space for the EK release... due Spring, which is basically any time now. I believe this new series will allow an independent GPU AIO cooler, rather than having to link it up to their AIO CPU cooler loop as you had to do with the Predator series. ;)

Was referring to Titan XP.  It looks like this has supposed to have came out several times already for the Titan?

I'm not guessing as to the reason it's not available, but seems like this hybrid cooler would have sold like hotcakes if available while only 1080 Ti FE cards are out.

Yup. EVGA on twitter said this week for their hybrids but... already Wed and nothing so who knows. At this point I don't care, I'll take it from anyone, whoever does it first, EK, or whatever.

And I don't think it'll sell out as quickly as you think. Most people just bought the card, slapped it into their rig, and then called it a day. Others already modded it out of impatience. The rest are waiting for AIBs.

So I don't think the demand for the kits will be too intense, it really just depends on whether or not EVGA thinks so too and produce a smart amount as a precaution. Either way I need them to throw it out on the market it already, lol, or for EK to stop teasing and do the same.
