Recently turned off and unplugged my PC for about a week, delidded my CPU, reconnected everything and now my GPU crashes every time I try to run 3DMARK TimeSpy. I had my OCX settings at 117% power target, +200MHz offset, +50ZMHz on the memory, this used to run just fine all the time. Now all of sudden benchmarks crash, I reset my OCX settings to default and benchmarks run again but of course with lower scores. Besides the CPU delid there was also a recent NVDIA driver update through GeForce Experience, those are the only two changes recently to hardware/software, already did a full clean reinstall of OS and software/drivers. Any ideas/thoughts greatly appreciated. Specs:

i9-7900X Delidded, Conductonaut
Kraken X62
AORUS X299 Gaming 9
EVGA 1080 Ti FTW3
32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200
Seasonic Silent Snow 1050
Samsung 960 Pro NVME 512
Samsung 850 Pro SSD 512
Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

Try installing an older version of drviers from Nvidia that you were benchmarking with previously.

Well +200 on the core is a huge(!) offset on the already overclocked FTW3. Are you sure you didn't mix things up? +50 core and +200 mem is much more likely than the other way around.

Hmm, I will try but when I turned on the computer again after reinstalling the CPU I didn’t make any changes to XOC.

+200MHz on FTW3 core would mean 2174MHz @ 1.093V (minus temp throttling) which is beyond plausible even when winning the silicon lottery.

OK guys, tried switching the numbers around and that’s giving me the closest numbers I’ve had to TimeSpy pre problems. Thanks everybody!

+50 CORE +200 is best I can get on my GTX 1080Ti FTW3 max temps are so low 65c which is a shame that max score I can get when card has been running benchmarks on loop is 1987, I can hit 1999 sometimes 2011 but always drops down to 1987 shame as temps are so low, my Founder Edition GTX 1080Ti COULD DO 2050 solid even at 84c, little gutted tbh I went from a founders to this, but hey its a beautiful card, I swear Nvidia Binned their own GPU's and gave all crappy ones to AIB lol (well not crappy but you know what I mean)

How stable your CPU, MB & RAM -- OC is can cause issues when OC the GPU
You need clean power @ the wall outlet and a quality PSU for best OC
Your Temp is holding you back; around 50C Nvidia Boost 3.0 will step down the GPU clock ---> look at your case airflow and room temp
