When installing the 3 screws for the MOSFET fan, one of the heads on the hex screws broke off...the middle one. I obviously can't get the screw out now and the MOSFET fan is not secure.

what do I do now?

Should I just RMA the graphics card and the Hybrid Kit?

2nd screw broke in the MOSFET as well. Time to RMA

UPDATE: Reassembled my FE card minus some tiny white thermal tape/pads. Got RMA approved for card, so will send it back and get a new one.

I had issues installing a hybrid cooler on a fe 1080 ti too. My card died after getting it setup and would not turn on again. Fortunately Newegg still took it back
