Does this gpu support RGB leds? Mine are white and nothing I do will change them. The evga programs don't even show it as an option. Only my CLC280 shows up.

For GTX 1080 SC2, the LEDs are white only ... not RGB (reference "Specs" page on products).  Sorry friend.

Can be a little confusing (or maybe misleading) because the "Overview" tab shows Thermal LED RGB.

If in doubt, go into Precision XOC config settings and see if you can select the "Appearance LED" and "Thermal LED" tabs.

That is correct. The GTX 1080 SC2 has white LEDs, RGB is only on the FTW and Classified models (for that series).
For GTX 1080 Ti it is little different with GTX 1080 TI SC2 having RGB along with FTW3 and Kingpin.

/sigh, been driving myself crazy trying to fix this. Looks like I need to disable the LEDs then.

Put down the NVIDIA utility, it's OK.
