Hey Guys,

I recently Installed a new 1080 FTW2. I downloaded and installed the most recent version of Precision XOC (6.1.16). However, when I try to launch it a little window pops up saying "No Supported Hardware Detected!" I tried looking to see if other people are having this problem but I'm only finding old posts for older graphics cards that aren't giving me answers. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your help!

More system info would be helpful..A few things that will cause that is if the NVIDIA Graphics Driver isn't installed, or the card is bad (and not allowing the driver to be installed)..Try installing/reinstalling the driver..Look in Device Manager under Display Adapters and see if the card is even shown and if there's any errors such as 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems' or other errors..EVGA Precision XOC is for Windows operating systems only.

I only got that message twice.
    1. No nVidia driver installed
    2. Cross-flashed ASUS XOC vBIOS

Thank you for the quick responses! I hope this will answer all your questions...

    - I'm Running Windows 10 64bit.
    - Asus x270 a prime motherboard.
    - Intel i5 7600k cpu.
    - Just updated bios and checked again still no luck.
    - Installed graphics driver before bios update. I properly deleted everything from my old graphics card but I don't know if I need to do so again after bios update. I'm not familiar with the Geforce experience app so I'm confused as to why it constantly says the newest driver is available even though I already installed it. Does that mean it didn't install properly or is it always there? I checked the driver details for the gpu under device manager and it says its up to date.
    - I went in to device manager and just found and exclamation point next to the device name when I opened it it said, "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
    - As I said I completely removed the old graphics driver before installing the new one.
    - I believe I'm only running the windows 10 graphics driver I'm not totally sure what you mean.

Adfter updating my BIOS I used DDU to uninstall the driver and reinstall and I've restarted my computer but I'm still getting the "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)." I'm starting to gain the impression that I got a bad graphics card.

Your Bios Settings are incorrect if you are seeing Code 43.

Yeah, me too..Try the card in the second PCIe x16 slot..If still getting the code 43, try the card in another compatible PC or take it to a PC repair shop for testing.

I just got to work but I will try using the second PCIe x16 slot when I get home. Thank you for your suggestion! I really appreciate all the help.

Testing the second pci-e slot is definitely a good idea.

I don't think bios settings are the issue. But you could do the following just to make sure the bios is running optimal settings...

#1 Reset your bios to optimized defaults.
#2 Set your memory frequency, timings & voltage manually to match the jedec stickers on the sides of your ram modules.
#3 Set your pci-e slots to run in gen3 mode instead of auto.
