At 63% fan speed, my 1070 acx 3.0 makes a kind of 'rattle' noise. I looked around for a same or similar problem but the only thing i could find is someones led wire for the name being in the way, but as far as i can see there is nothing physically obstructing the fans and the fans are not loose apart from slight motion if i push them down witch i am pretty sure is intentional.
 
I purchased the card mid 2018, so still have a year warranty. I never really looked into it but it is starting to annoy me a bit. I hope this is just the fans being weird, but i could not find replacement fans anywhere.
 
I hope someone can maybe tell me what the noise could be and if i should perhaps return it.

It only happens at 63 and sometimes also 64. I don't see how a custom fan curve will help as it still has to pass 63%.
