1070 SC - blank screen and full fan

Hey guys, I'm new and not sure where to post, but my 5 month old (gift from my fam) EVGA SC just stopped working. Sad face!
 
Is there a fix for this seemingly common full fan black screen, the computer still running/responding issue? Or is it an RMA thing?

    Most likely a power issue.
     
    #1 Try reseating the card to the motherboard. 
    #2 Try powering the card with a different pci-e cable.
    #3 Try the card in another pci-e slot.
    #4 Try a different psu.
    #5 Try the card in another known good working pc to see if you can replicate the issue.

    Okay, I'll try. I have done the reseat, but I'll try the other options. It's been flawless until this moment. It's a new build also so shouldn't be issue with any of the other equipment....in theory.
