noticed recently that my mem load/usage has dropped and will not rise above 1564 on my 1050ti  Frame rate gets very spikey during play.
don't know if it was like this before as I never noticed but on the XOC on board display power is always at 0%... which doesn't make much sense to me.  I'm no expert obviously.
I have been playing the same handful of games where I would top out near 3500

only thing that has changed on the machine was a windows update, NVidia update, and the XOC updates.
yes I know its underwhelming...
I5-2400 3.1ghz
8bg ram
 win64
ran OCscanner and no artifacts found.
Any thoughts?

Memory stuck? Usually a symptom of a video driver crash, and a full shut down (not restart) and power on should fix that. It may be a symptom of an unstable overclock (reset to defaults and try again using a lower OC), or possibly even a bad driver install which can be remedied by following step 2 here: https://forums.evga.com/B...mode-etc-m2504606.aspx

Power showing 0% is a symptom of enabling K Boost. Disable K Boost and restart and you should see power usage again.

Thanks arestavo.  And I don't know how to overclock; unless it does it by itself.  i'll disable K-boost re-install drivers and poweroff/on.  thanks for the tips

Okay. still having problems.  power is still at 0% after following the instructions for 2 reboots/re-installs.  K-boost is defiantly NOT on.  Let me know if there is anything else to check on.  games are working and the clock speed fluctuates... possible bug in the Xoc reading the GPU properly?

#1 1564 sounds like the core clock, and not the memory clock, mem load, or usage.
#2 Memory clock should show as half the effective rate inside xoc as GDDR5 is DDR. Effective rate for the 1050 ti is 7008.
#3 Power showing as 0% is not a side affect of having kboost enabled. GPU usage % is the one that reads 0% when kboost is enabled not the power %.

It does sounds like it could be a bug with xoc. Try going back to version 6.1.15 after doing the following...

    #1 Uninstall xoc.
#2 Delete evga folder inside c:\program files (x86)
    #3 Reboot PC.
