10 business day RMA Status: Preparing to ship product

I tried contacting on the phone or live chat, and Im told the same thing over and over again - it will be shipped today or tommorow in worst case scenario.

Since my last phone call with customer service It's been 4 business days and my card still hasn't shipped.

Im not the type to make posts like this or call support, but forgive me when it says 1-3 business days and it's already been 10 people get frustrated and worried. Especially that I was lied to that card would ship.

What am I supposed to do?

Card is on preparing to ship product status since
2 June 2020 morning. It is June 15th late evening now.

I do understand that there might be delays and I have no problems with that. What i dont understand is being given false information about arrival date, and it wasnt one time but 3 different times on 3 different days. All I want to know is honest information when.

    Thank you for the reply, and it feels amazing to have this sorted out, seems like my RMA status hasnt been updated hence the misuderstanding because as of now when checking my RMA status it still says preparing to ship product.
