I tried contacting on the phone or live chat, and Im told the same thing over and over again - it will be shipped today or tommorow in worst case scenario.
Since my last phone call with customer service It's been 4 business days and my card still hasn't shipped.
Im not the type to make posts like this or call support, but forgive me when it says 1-3 business days and it's already been 10 people get frustrated and worried. Especially that I was lied to that card would ship.
What am I supposed to do?
Card is on preparing to ship product status since
2 June 2020 morning. It is June 15th late evening now.
I do understand that there might be delays and I have no problems with that. What i dont understand is being given false information about arrival date, and it wasnt one time but 3 different times on 3 different days. All I want to know is honest information when.
