i've updated the new bios on my 1070 sc black edition. was 75-77degree and now 65-68. fan speed 1600rpm.

    You can enhance this even further by making a custom fan curve.

    honestly, this is the only way that can decrease the temperature by software. unless they send a new designed cooler to every user.
