I have purchased an EK D5 PWM pump and connected it to CPU fan 4-pin connector on the board... When I set maximum pump speed (100%) in bios, it only runs at 3400rpm, as opposed to 4800rpm of pumps maximum speed... Any ideas folks?

AFAIK, the original PWM D5s aren't following the intel standard but their G2 (Generation2) do.  I believe if this is the case, your pump is only running at 60%.  You could look for something called the "Diva Mod" from OCN forums.

Try another PWN fan header than CPU. It seems that will be better. or try to make a Diva fix.

Lazy or not Lazy. That's not a question.
