My computer was working fine then went to try and turn it on and wouldn't boot get stuck at code 04 or 19. Any ideas I've tried removing memory and switching to the other bios on mobo

    it seems to be the 8259 interrupt  controller which read signal from IRQs.  I would start with removing all devices in the PCI/PCIe buss and try to boot.   If that does not work, I would say your mobo is fried.

    Also disable fast boot option.

    Release the pressure off your CPU and reset.
    You could also look to see if you have some bent CPU Socket Pins.
