why such little information? ( 2nd bios 980ti classy )

trying to find out what the 2nd bios changes over the stock bios setting,
 
what are the changes?
 
power limit %, voltage control?
 
raises actual power limit ( wattage ) ? 
 
had the same issue with the other versions of classifieds, no information really provided, only to find out myself that the updated bios fix allowed 600+ w of power draw, 
 
why is it so hard to get accurate, detailed info straight from evga?

    The other vbios should do the following...
     
    #1 Higher power limit.
    #2 More aggressive fan profile.
     
    The other vbios will not unlock higher voltages as the card comes with two vbioses that are voltage limited due to nvidia guidelines. If you want higher voltages you will need to flash the card with a modified vbios.

    I'm by no means a noob.
     
    I found the actual limits in the last bios for the 780ti classy on my, own, I just don't want to have to do the digging again,
     
    in addition to higher power % limits the bios actually raised the power limits of the card, to allow a 690w+ power draw........
     
     
    as far as a modded bios, there is no need, vince has his, I can get one still from skyn3t.
     
    but there's literally no point..... classies are for air / water, and maxwell doesn't really need it.
     
    this is the first card I'm buying to run " as is " except for forcing k boost and whatever oc I can achieve on stock volts,
     
    the days of pushing vcore to get oc's are gone it seems, but I'm super ok with that. stability and efficiency are all I want :)
