Hi.
My gtx 780 IT servivio died and please use the RMA.
I got the code RMA and send to the address given in alemania.Me me know that UPS handed KID on Monday 24 October package and since then follow my status as pending and no sign of life .They have written to email the support and I have not received a response.
I need the card to work and I can not be many days without a computer.

    It can take up to 3 days once the package is received for turn around, so you should be receiving an update soon. Please make sure you check your open rma tab at the top of the screen to see if your status is updated.

    I checked on your RMA and we have not yet received your product in for warranty.
     
    Once we receive your product we will ship out the replacement within 1-3 business days as well as provide you with tracking information.
