Gonna need a little more info. What resolution do you plan on playing at and do you want to max out everything or just have a good card with a good bang for your buck value? Also budget, money rules everything

I just don't want to waste money if I don't need to because the game right now is still very playable I just want to have the same experience now that I have on low but on high or ultra

A gtx 760 should maintain 60 fps on ultra. Though, if you can find one, a used gtx 680 can be found for pretty cheap nowadays and it's a good bit faster than the 760.

Well very soon the gtx 900's will be getting released and the word is that the performance will be about 10% better then the current gtx 780ti, but is possibly going to cost only $500 on release. A gtx 780ti will probably keep you above 60 fps as there are benchmarks saying the average at that resolution is around 74fps with dips to 55fps. Link below

That being said, the gtx 980 is said to be a little better performance, but cost $200 less and run cooler. We will not know for sure until the card is officially released, which is going to be hopefully October/November at the latest. So it might be worth it to wait until they are released.

I'm not really familiar with AMD's cpus so I can't speak on that. For power supply questions the link below is helpful to get an idea of what you need.

I'think that 680 or 970 is more than 760, excludind the price, and the life of product is very high!
