tracking issue??

i got a evga torq x10 carbon and its been having some tracking issues lately.. have to really move the mouse around to get it to go where i want it to go,, its been getting more and more consistent lately.. ive went back to my older mouse and it doesnt have any issues what so ever besides a bad left clicker, why i got the evga one lol

Cpu= I7-4790k 4.9Ghz
Cpu cooler= Nzxt Kraken x61
GPU= Evga 980 Ti's (2way sli) 1450mhz all day
Motherboard= Asus Maximums Vii Hero Z97
Ram= G.Skill TridentX Series 16GB (two 8 gig)
Ssd/Hdd Samsung 850 pro 512 gig /Seagate 1T drive
Monitor= ASUS PB287Q Black 28" 4K
Power Supply= EVGA SuperNOVA 1200 P2

    toyking22have to really move the mouse around to get it to go where i want it to go,, its been getting more and more consistent lately.

    I am sorry to hear that. Have you used compressed air to clean out the sensor area? Have you tested different surface types with the mouse to see if it fixes the issue?

    Maybe an issue with too low DPI?

    i cleaned it out best i could with out taking it apart besides the clickers, seems to be doing better, changed the mouse pad too. still has some small hick ups but its a lot better then it was.

    If your still not 100% satisfied, then you should contact Evga about the issue.

    If your still not 100% satisfied, then you should contact Evga about the issue. 




     You should be able to RMA it. Have you downloaded the Unleash software for the mouse and/or made sure the drivers were up to date? There are also settings in there for the polling rate of the mouse along with DPI.

    i downloaded the software the day i got the mouse lol and yes i updated the software and mouse. its only done it 2 times since i cleaned it so i am assuming it was a hair or something
