Apple would like to respond to the questions we have recently received about the gathering and use of location information by our devices.

    Thanks for posting this!  I wish it were in the General Discussion sub-menu so that a lot of folks would see it.  I recommended you be awarded a BR for this thread.

    Apple just released an update to fix this:
    iOS 4.3.3 is out with location tracking fixes for iPhone, iPad
