Right now my rig is running an EVGA GTX 560 TI graphics card, a overclocked Intel I7 920 (4Ghz), and a EVGA X58 3X SLI motherboard. This is all running on a 750 watt power supply. I am about to buy another GTX 560 Ti to be able to run SLI. My question is do I need to upgrade my power supply and if so what kind of upgrade should I make? Also if you could give me any info about issues with SLI it would be greatly appreciated since this is my first time doing it. Thanks.

The brand of the PSU along with the amps would be a big factor in this.

Yeah, it depends on what PSU you have.  Corsair makes good ones.  The model I have is a 750w (AX750) and support 570's in SLI.

750Wis ok but if you wanna OC the 560 TI you'll want at least a 800- 850W PSU If not you're pretty much right their at the limit.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:
    GeForce GTX 560 Ti
    • On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 560 Ti in 2-way SLI
    • A second card requires you to add another ~175 Watts. You need a 700+ Watt power supply unit if you use it in a high-end system (800+ to a KiloWatt is recommended if you plan on any overclocking).

750W should be good depending on how conservative your OCing is. The TDP of the 560 Ti is 170W without OCing so let's start there.

    170W * 2 = 340W DC + 250W (max. rest of system) = 590W

590W DC / 720W DC (max on +12v) = 82% capacity at full load without any SLI 560 Ti overclocking.

With maximum overclocking, let's assume that TDP jumps to 225W, the max of the rated supply from the PCIe bus and PCIe power connectors.

    225W DC * 2 = 450W + 250W (max. rest of system) = 700W

700W DC / 720W DC (max on +12v) = 97% capacity at full load when heavily overclocked.

You never want to continuously load electrical circuits beyond 80% of their rated capacity for safety and longevity. With your PSU, if it shorts out, that single +12v rail at 60A (OCP is higher), you're likely to nuke everything on that rail... mobo, CPU, mem, video cards, storage, etc. Don't risk it if you plan to OC significantly.

At stock clocks on the 560s though, you're good to go. Your CPU OC was factored into the 250W max usage for the rest of the system.

Finally, note that these are simply approximations. There is no way anyone can give you exact numbers. This is just a reference point for average systems.

Great info guys I really appreciate it. I think I will upgrade my power supply just to stay on the safe side. I dont feel like burning up my rig. Thanks for the heads up
