Red is a good alt to black. You could also try gray or white. I would also work on some of that mesh more. The vert piece by the drive bays has many buckles.

Definitely black. IMO, of course, and tastes as well - Having it match the rest of your case, then the mesh - would make it kind of an illusion. I have always considered mesh to be kind of a tease, cause you can see through it, but adds a nice feature.
So.. if the color matches the cases color, it would flow very well.
Not sure if I described that well enough!

I need some time to think about it.. Red or 13lack? I also have some white cathodes I need to install.. will they look best with Red or 13lack mesh? Sure I'll take lots of pictures.. Only problem is that I got a crappish camera. It is either that one or my Iphone 3GS..?

I think Ill pause folding a few hrs today to install the cathodes.. I will not paint today. Im still not certain on which colour I should go with.. No doubt Red is cool but im not sure that Ill be satisfied with it a year from now.. 13lack is more "neutral" on that matter.. It doesn't differentiate as much as the red does... I hope this makes sense..
I might be trying both colours.. but it's gonna take some time to cut and bend the mesh.. (i've plenty of mesh to try two colours). It will be easier to make a decision so I dont have to cut and bend again though.

Thank you! Im glad you like it..  I have to admit that Im leaning more and more to paint it 13lack. I can always repaint it if it looks like ****. Im going to install the cathodes probably today or tomorrow. I need to sleeve it. I ordered an 30cm 24-pin extender cable which I also need to sleeve.. It hasn't been delivered ye though.

I like it, i would definantly go Black to match the case and wont contrast with the cathodes then.
Im not to keen on the mesh over the Corsair watercooler tho. Also you should spray the scythe fan as well. Either White or Black.

The mesh around the H70 is just an experiment.. Im not sure whether keep it or not.
Doesn't it affect the airflow/noise if i paint the fans?
