Post and check what power supplies people are using in their rigs. Here's a link to a spread sheet to help people decide what power supply they should get for their 500 series cards

try to edit this one and let me know how it goes
perhaps too ambitious for me, first time using google docs.
If you want to add something feel free

I run a PC Power & Cooling 750W in my main rig running the one 580 and a second card I use for Physx and component output. This PSU has been running strong with this setup.

I'm looking to getting the EVGA SR-2 1.2kwat power supply. My question is that only for the SR-2 motherboard or can I use it for the EVGA x58 Classified 4 motherboard? Second choice is the Corsair 1.2Kwat power supply someone mentioned in these forums. I'm building my first rig and I'm planning on buying a GTX 580 or 590 depending on what people tell me on the post I just made.

That PSU will work with classified 4 way, from my understanding is it has longer cables than the ANTEC TPQ 1200 OC which is pretty much the same psu.

Corsair AX750 Gold.  I wanted a 100% modular psu and got this at a really good price with free shipping.  Replaced a noisy Antec trupower new 750.
