Could someone who has ordered the new GTX 560 Ti give us some screenshots of PPD on various projects when they have a second? :) I need to calculate if it is worth me selling 9800GT's and upgrading to the GTX 560 Ti or rather the GTS 550.

A bit yep, but its only telling us the PPD for one project. Eventually as people complete multiple projects id like to see what kind of minimum PPD and maximum PPD we're looking to get here :)

Ye there's not that big a diff between the two according to that project but we'd need to be sure there aren't some harder projects out there where the difference is way more noticeable.

Sleinous Ye there's not that big a diff between the two according to that project but we'd need to be sure there aren't some harder projects out there where the difference is way more noticeable. This isn't likely since the benchmark machine for GPU3 WUs uses a GTX 460. As a result, you should see basically the same PPD across all the GPU3 projects with a GTX 560. In the case of extremely stressful WUs the GTX 560 should do better than average because it has more shaders than the GTX 460 does.

Not buying yet anyway so got a bit of time to work out if the cost of buying the folding card is worth it.

looks like a pair of 560's would offer the best ppd/watt out of the new cards yes? Also looks like its the best value money wise/ppd? Doesnt have vapor chamber tech but its still a crazy awesome card.

This is true, forgot about the vapour chamber. What does everyone think about a GTX 565? Likely to release? That one, if based on a GF110 should have a few more stream processors making it a better folder again, over the 560, like the 465 was over the 460. Although the insane overclocks being achieved by the 560 atm may put pay to that theory :/

Just a quick update, I must have something slowing me down on my Rampage 3 Extreme because my 560 Ti @ 900Mhz doesn't even break the 12k PPD barrier on the P6900 1298 pointers.

On the P6900 I get just under 13k with my 560 Ti SC card which is core clocked at 900Mhz. Just picked up a new wu, P6804 and getting 13,311 ppd on it. EDIT: Yesterday I only had the 560 Ti SC post points and between the mix of all the different wu's I got 16,404 points for the day.
