you guys with the 500 series gpu have any issues running vantage after installing 3dmark11? im runn 400 series gpus and vantage ran fine before 3dmark11 install. now after install aftifacts ike crazy. this 3dmark screwed with the .net files and messed up vantage for a forceable upgrade to there product and also screwed nvidia to raise ati products and score.
please post here if you have any issue with running vantage on a 500 series gpu with 3dmar11 installed. i even uninstalled 3dmark11 and vantage, reinstalled vantage and same issues. unigine runs great. ****

^^^ thanks, after re-installing Drivers twice and still no fix...tearing my hair out trying to figure what I buggered up..and someone else has the same issue.
NO...I cannot run Vantage...all buggered up..screen tearing...white blotchy etc etc...
MK11 runs fine as do all my other DX10 Benchmark Programs.

FALCON_CMH found that the sysinfo for 3dmark11 replaced the vantage sysinfo. the sysinfo that was replaced by 3dmark11 will not run with vantage. uninstalls do not fix issues btw in any fashion.

Has anyone reported this yet? I looked on the forums, but have not seen any reports...just wanted to make sure FM knows about this so they can patch asap. I tried to run mark11 this morning but had those SLI + surround problems (nightmare) and decided to stop before I became too upset. This is ANOTHER horror story. Now, even more than a couple hours ago, I am not looking forward to restoring my system to fix this.

I hear ya. After the SLI debacle, I just gave up. Paid 15 bucks for a product I cannot use.

No kidding..... ;) ....I nailed a fairly high OC on my 580's with MK11, so figured I'd try Vanatge....it started and I sat back and went "****" ??!!....wwwhhhooooaaa....."what did I do"? ........nice colors though ;) Checked the FM Forums and no ranting thier about the issue...as JR pointed out...everyones busy Benching with MK11....wait till they try Vantage...heh heh heh....and where is Falcons BR?

BR for jrmitchell and falcon I'll be expecting a 990x from Futuremark for what they put me thru today... the perfect storm.. installed EVGA powerboost, run vantage tests, went to bed, got up installed Mark11, Vantage corrupted and I thoght my PowerBoost had fried my cards or system.... Leading to an entire day of troubleshooting and reconfiguring. Had it not been for talking over the phone with jrmitchell...and Falcons confimation, my nitemare would have continued. Thanks Guys

^^^ No kidding.....I was already thinking of troubleshooting my Cards....take one out yada yada yada.....maniac..you ever notice when this stuff happens its always at the same time that you make a significant change to the system.....really ...Murphy's Law....I wonder how many folks will spend a ton of time farting with this problem now before stumbling here...

You guys are lucky, I can't even run 3dMark11 straight through without a "3DMark encountered and error" or something and stopping the benchmarks :( I get a few tests in where they start showing you your FPS and then it bombs.

Yeah the Physx part of the test at the end I'm assuming just fails on me too. I tried running it a couple of time for it to continue the same. I haven't tried to run vantage yet seeing that all of you are experiencing these issues. I don't want to stop folding for the test to fail and waste time from folding.

To overcome the failed Physics test go into the help menu of 3D Mark 11 and untick the box that says to Scan Systeminfo and try again. This seems to work.

Hmm, my old Vantage install works perfectly fine. I fired it up right after I completed my 3D Mark 2011 run with my new overclocks and got my the best score yet.
Yes, they are both installed in C:/

Yep, same drive. Vantage runs fine. Check out rjohnson's response above....I don't know if that has anything to do with your problem.
