just ran through for the first time, locked up on physx and combined tests, can't get it to work no matter what settings i have it on. if this is what it's like after they fixed the "bugs" that caused the delay, i wonder what it was like before they fixed it.

Does your system lock up under any other conditions such as when running Prime95 or OCscanner?

It doesn't lock it. It takes longer to load then the other test.

Hope you figure out the problem. Runs great for me, and the list of results is getting bigger on the FM forum. Don't forget, SLI doesn't work in 3dmar11 until Nvidia updates the driver. Crossfire works fine.

I just finished downloading it, and ran it for the first time with no issues.  What driver version are you running?

OK, here is what Futuremark had to say in this thread on their forums, post number 12:

    http://futuremark.yougame...?p=1486809#post1486809

I have a hunch this might be bug on our side. Black screen after loading physics test is known issue, which we have been able to reproduce very briefly just today. It seems to happen pretty randomly. Maybe even reboot might help.

We are investigating the issue, and I hope the issue is in the SystemInfo rather than benchmark itself.

Here is the last post Futuremark stated in the previous thread I mentioned:

From what I've gathered, this seems to be problem only on NVIDIA. If that is so, it will narrow the bug in specific code within SystemInfo or the API it calls from there.

It's very minority of people who suffers from this (alot of submits work). I will bring this up tomorrow at office.

Well i hope they get it fixed soon. Seems weird though, the gpu tests work just fine for me but the cpu tests don't, if it's an nvidia problem wouldn't it be the other way around?

Also, i'm really dissapointed with the performance i was showing in thew gpu tests, less than 20fps in all four, it's not futuremarks fault or anything but it just seems like everytime a new 3dmark comes out, i feel the need to upgrade... waaaaaiiiiit a minute! IT'S ALL A SCAM TO BUY NEW VIDEO CARDS!!!

Workaround: Try unticking Scan SystemInfo in the help menu and then run the test again

What worked for me was I ran the tests individually in the advanced tab. Just the physics and combined test one at a time. After that, it's run perfect every time.

Im an ATI user, and it took a while to load, but it ran the test without issue.

Hey that worked! Now unfortunately i can see my score, a whopping 3840, something seems wrong with that, maybe next geforce drivers will increase performance a bit.

Yeah, along with having a proper driver for 500 series and all those under without requiring mucking around with the NV_DISP.ini file...
