Ok now.. i wanted to make the physx card only working with the demanding physx games like mafia II, batman aa, darkvoid, etc.. but as others has told me, it could harm other games performance, so, if i wanted to disable it, in case i want to play a non-demanding physx games like crysis, bla, bla, bla, etc.. is it ok to just disable it from the control panel and make one of the 480's handle the physx? will it correctly stop it's functionalty? or, do i need to disable it using the motherboard jumpers? forgive my dump question, thanks guys

Disable it in the NVIDIA control panel.  But PhysX cards have no impact on games that don't use PhysX.  It will only slow down performance in PhysX games that have little usage of the PhysX processor.  Such games include Metro 2033 and Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason.  I'm sure there are plenty more, but I haven't played them.
