I have seen a few posts here and there about it.
Last year l337h4l our team captain used a program called random hat drawing, he put every person who took part in team evga chimp challenge into the program and it randomly drawed prizes. if noone claimed the prize another name was drawn at a later date.
 
theperson donating the prize will be responsible for shipping the item to the winner.
 
The drawing is also set so that you don't win your own donation. The drawing last year was done the day we completed the Chimp challenge race.
 
This year with alot of planning ahead and more memebers notified ahead of time I think we can win this in 3 days which would be a record. 
 
l337hl, me and abe will handle the drawing of prizes to make sure it is fair to all who take part on team EVGA.
 
The only requirment for entry is:
 
TO BE ELGIBLE FOR PRIZES YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING!!!
 
1. be signed up on zerrans evga CC 2010 "evga signup site" before CC may 5th 12PM  PST
 
2. have a screen shot like the one below with the details described below 

 
When claiming a prize you will need to have a screenshot of your machine folding during the CC with progress greater than 50% for the WU that is folding. Also include your evga forums name on a notepad in the screen shot and make sure your fahmon or hfm.net client shows the team number and folders name [EVGApes]. We want to make sure only people who participated win prizes.

The sign up sheet for prizes is the one that zerran is doing for signing up to take part in CC 2010, if your on that list and fold under EVGApes team numer 111065, and can provide a screen shot taken durring the chimp chalenge before it is over your elgible for a prize.
