Ok
I dont understand this   I played GTA V  all day with the new Game ready Drivers  Amazing Picture

I Go and start The Division  and All I get is RED color all over the main screen so i try to fix it by Lowering my graphic Settings that doesn't work  after searching on google for 30 minutes I find that You need to uninstall the new Geforce drivers
So  I take my chances and uninstall the new drivers  and the game works fine  I reinstall the drivers  and I get this red color all over the main screen

Any one had this before ? if so  how to fix it without uninstalling the new drivers please

thank you

Definitely could be a monitor issue.  Try unplugging the monitor's power cord from the wall (don't just power it down, completely unplug it), - wait a few seconds and then re-plug.  See what happens.
