I paid for the PowerLink last week. This was on October 12.
 
The PowerLink page says the following: 
We have received payment for the shipping cost of your PowerLink™(s).
Please allow 1 - 3 business days to ship out your PowerLink™(s).
Please check back later for tracking information.
 
It's been a whole week now and I still didn't receive it. The website clearly says 1 - 3 business days to ship it out.
Today it's October 19th and I got nothing in my email regarding shipment or tracking.
 
Can someone please tell me what is taking so long? I've been unable to get anything from contacting support as they just ignore my emails.
I already shared my bad EVGA impression in the other post regarding no update on the Thermal kit.
