The experiences I've had with GeForce Experience make me want to curse. Game optimization = fail. I'm too afraid to try it again and would MUCH rather set my games up manually.

I've only had 1 really positive experience with Geforce Experience. It forces 21:9, widescreen support for Skyrim Special Edition. Other than that.... It's slowed down games - and made me want to RAGE like Francis (Boogie2988).

I have it installed solely to control the LED's on my graphic cards. I do not use it for optomization or anything else.
And I don't want Gears of War 4 anyway.

Installing this junk software has caused more problems for users than is believable... I'm not joking.
I know, because I have had to try and help them recover from installing it.
For experts.. go ahead
For everyone else, just say NO and don't get yourself a boat load of performance issues you wont be able to figure out or fix without help

I still use the LED visualizer from the 372.70 driver. As long as you don't delete the old driver file out of the NVidia folder in the C: drive, you don't need GFE. Not sure why people still think you need it to control the LEDs at this point.

Well... Because Im still running 359.06?
Anything before the three latest drivers has it is in the install file. Use the link i provided, but change it to 359.60 instead of 372.70, and it is right there. C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\359.60\Win10_64\International\LEDVisualizer If you are on windows 7 or 8, just adjust where you click. They are all the same subfolders through every install. Just keep the one you use, and it will always work.

I wish EVGA would put the same LED control in Precision. Let us turn off and on the LED in Precision instead of having to use the LEDVisualizer or GFE.

NVIDIA can keep the crapware. This new software is no better than NTUNE .

That is a fantastic idea. I remember when the newest precision was beihg released for the 10 series, there was a shadowplay button in the preview pictures. I had high hopes that we would have shadowplay without GFE. alas, i still dont see that.

I have been using it since day 1. Never an issue at all and rather use shadowplay than anything else out there.
