its been 3 weeks now and no sign of my gtx 1080 ftw RMA being processed it , I want someone to check on this issue ASAP because I can't wait longer than this , the warranty service drives me insane.
 
Can anyone tell me what's going on , I thought the process turn around would be 3 business days.

    I am not sure where you are located but I am in the US and I called customer service to start the RMA process for my 1080 FTW and it was fast. I would give them a call and nicely ask for a status update but my guess is that they are trying to only ship cards that now fits the new standards meaning cards with thermal pads pre-installed which might take some time to manufacture. I do not work for EVGA and can only tell you why the process could take longer now than it did 2 months ago.
     
    Again, I would recommend calling customer service and calmly asking for a status and asking why it has been 3 weeks. I am sure they will be able to help you!
