I submitted my setup request for 1080 on 5/31/2016 and got the option to switch to sc mode at some point back in time. Today 11/10/2016 I received the email to proceed my setup to step 2.

I am in step 3 currently. I submitted the payment but no verification email of the payment processed yet, no instructions to send the card yet. Can somebody in Tech, check why I have not received email and payment still in verifying transaction? I needed to update my name to match my card. I wonder is that is the reason for the delay. I did it after submitted the payment in case that is the reason for the delay. How long would it take to verify transaction?

The SC was not available to me for step up program, only the ACX. I am glad that you realized no grounds for anger. I heard that the SC is taken longer to process. You wait a lot longer for the AC than ACX. People that were offered the AC have received offer to go to ACX. Some people acted for the offer because they wanted to avoid the longer waiting time for AC.

Thanks to God, the video card is scheduled to be delivered this Friday, black Friday 2016, strange day to schedule, I do not recall any delivery in that date before.
When did they receive your card Medico? I paid for next day shipping, they received mine monday and was hoping to get it before thanksgiving but it looks like there still checking it for teeth marks and dog slobber so they haven't sent the new one yet. Thanksgiving there's no delivery's even with next day. So now I'm just hoping to get it before Sunday so I don't have to wait till monday. My computers basically worthless without a graphics card. You don't realize how dependent you are on something until you don't have it lol.

Amacnamedt, they received it on Friday November 18. I know what you mean, unable to see video, unable to use the computer. I got the CPU 6700K with integrated video. I thought that was weird a processor to work as video card. I thought I will never use it but became handy when I got involved in the Step up program. The video is fine but not the same as the video card. Even, booting is slower.
