Hello ztraver,
We are currently experiencing a higher than normal request for RMA's. I do see that your RMA was received on Nov. 2nd, I would allow a couple of additional business days before your replacement is set to ship out. I will also send a follow up email to our RMA Manager to further review if in fact there is any further delays. We do appreciate you patience and understanding.
