Renji1337I have 2 1070 FTW's ordered on 7/09 and 7/12, both have samsung memory, I already know about the thermal pad issue, but what is this issue about cards having VRM issues from bad batches before 8/30? Is there anyway to know what batch was bad?

Is there anyway to know what batch was bad?It has been officially stated that 1070s aren't affected by that. Only 3-4% of the 1080 FTWs shipped before August 31st had issues with bad VRMs.

And it's been corrected with the new bios EVGA and some other vendors released.
