Is it safe to run UNIGINE benchmarks on a newly bought EVGA GTX 1070 08G-P4-5173-KR?

Hello,
I just bought EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition: 
 
Is it safe to run the UNIGINE benchmarks and stress test my GPU and run other stress tests too? Or should I wait until I get some kind of thermal padding?

    If you have fears then Do Not Overclock the GPU and Do Not Overclock the Memory.

    Is it covered by the warranty if I Overclock the GPU and I Overclock the memory and I run those stress tests/benchmarks? Do you expect I'll run into any issues if I do that?

    Yes it is covered under warranty.

    Physical modification and physical damage is what void the warranty.

    Heat, blown components, death by overclock, removing the cooler and replacing with a water block, is ALL covered.
