Did my card get received?

Hello, I sent my card in and UPS said it was delivered on Monday but I haven't gotten an email or any confirmation from EVGA if they actually received it and my step up chart hasn't changed either. Can somebody confirm my RMA was received?

    According to my records your package was received and it will be shipped out very soon. I do apologize for the delay.
