Hello,

I have a EVGA 780ti Classified video card.  I went to try and fill out a support ticket but since I am not the original purchaser I cannot do this as its not registered to me.  Basically the problem I am having is the display driver keeps crashing while I am playing games, and its not like i'm stressing the card or anything (dota2 isn't a game that should stress a card much.)  There is no (additional) overclock on the card.  I also tried 3 different drivers and having the same issue.

Is there something else I can try or should I just fill out a guest RMA?  The card is still under warranty.

Contact support for your region and fill out a guest rma.

    http://www.evga.com/support/

You can call or email for quick response and they will be able to help you out with a support ticket number.

What are your full system specs? Don't forget to list make/model/age of your psu. You could try steps #2 & #3 listed here before doing an rma.

I think I should have mentioned that I also tried using my neighbor's EVGA 780 SC in my pc and don't run into the same issues.  I will just do the guest RMA.

    Thanks!
