Hello, I have sent in my GTX 970 for the step up program. UPS says that my package arrived yesterday, but on my EVGA profile the step up says pending for "ship old product to EVGA". Is there a way that I can confirm that EVGA did in fact receive my old card?

    I am showing that your product was checked in this morning at approximately 10/4/2016 10:17:23 AM PST and the status was updated to Product Received.  We should be moving your step-up within the next 1-3 business days.
