Automated Reply from EVGA, what it means?

Hi to all,
 
I received this message from EVGA today, “Your Product Invoice Has Been Uploaded Successfully!”
What that means? I am step 1. Does it mean that I will be on step 2 and 3? How long would it take after receiving that email and step 3 or asking for the old card to be sent to them?
