Mostly, when gaming after about 10-20 mins I get a black screen and often the sounds loops and I need to hard restart my pc, now and again when it happens the gpu fan hits 100%, I've had this issue before and I've done what was suggested but still no avail. I've cleaned the whole pc, fresh installed drivers, rolled back drivers. All drivers including bios are up to date, I've re-seated all parts and temperature isn't the issue.
Temperature for GPU hits 64°c
CPU hits 53°c

My specs are:
Asus sabertooth 990FX R2.0
AMD FX6100 oc to 4gHz
GTX 780Ti
16Gb Ram
120Gb SSD running Windows 10 64bit
1Tb HDD
Corsair TX850M PSU

Had the issue for 2 days now but before that I never had a problem.
Appreciate any help.
Also WhoCrashed shows no dump files although they are enabled.

Hello M4YH3Mx and welcome to the Forums!

I am sorry you are having black screen/sound loop issues. Your temperatures look fine so I don't believe the issue is related to overheating. I have two recommendations to start with.

    1. Download Display Driver Uninstaller and run the program in safe mode. Reinstall the latest drivers once it has finished.

    2. If that doesn't help then open up the Nvidia Control Panel and click on Help at the top. You will see Debug Mode as one of the options. Select this and try to replicate the crash.

Please let us know what happens so we can assist you best.

I have already done DDU multiple times in safe mode, will try that other option but currently testing it in a different PCI-E slot. Thanks for the reply though.

No problem, let us know what you find.

The best way to troubleshoot while eliminating the largest number of factors would be to test the card in another system altogether. If you can replicate the crash on another known working system then it is pretty reliably a hardware issue with the GPU itself. If you have this ability then I highly recommend it.

I've just checked Nvidia control panel and debug mode is enabled? Unfortunately I don't have a PC on hand that will be able to power the GPU.
