I was told here on the forums that PNY isn't a good brand for flash drives. I was told Sandisk is better.

I have a 64GB and 128GB, both are great. The problem child is the 256GB. Don't get that one!

I do like Sandisk better - these are a good price. I've had good luck with PNY in the past 32 GB and smaller

We use flash drives constantly here at work and my favorites are Lexar (Micron) drives. Heck 2 of those even survived a wash/dry cycle LOL. The PNY drives have been reliable albeit noticeably slower on writes. The Sandisk Ultra 3.0s are pretty speedy but I've had multiple drives go into "write protected" mode on me in the last few months and I can't get them to unlock. They also seem to run really hot when active. These drives seem like a pretty good deal - especially if you can find a Staples coupon to use on them as well.
