Hello All, Due to recent clarification from NVIDIA regarding free promotional game codes, please do not offer to buy/sell/trade/give away any game codes you might have. This will apply to all game codes unless the terms specifically state the codes CAN be bought, sold or traded or given away. If you have a non-NVIDIA game code that the terms do specifically state this, then please contact a moderator for permission before posting. Please note, threads that are already here will stay in place, but future threads or replies to threads with new keys will be deleted. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank You, Rob

We are not permitted to allow free give aways. This is directed from NVIDIA. Most of our code promotions are in partnership with NVIDIA. If we ever run a promotion outside of NVIDIA, we will clearly state if you are allowed to buy/sell/trade. As to codes outside of EVGA/NVIDIA, if you can provide a moderator with terms that specifically state you CAN buy/sell/trade/give, then we would allow it.
We are going to leave the threads in place that are already here, however future threads that do not follow the above will be deleted.

This wouldn't be the he thread you would need. You need the thread for that is talking about the codes and how to claim them. This thread pertains to giving away and selling codes and why they are not allowed on the forums. The thread you are looking for is located here: http://forums.evga.com/Cu...s-Bundle-m2245635.aspxWhen you post in that thread, please make sure you include place of purchase and the model number, but do NOT include your serial number. The place of purchase is the ONLY place that can give you the code. If you purchased directly from EVGA.com, you need to claim the code yourself. Go to the link in the first post on the other thread, and scroll down to see if you qualify. If you purchased your video card from Newegg, only Newegg can give you the code. EVGA and Nvidia will both tell you this, and neither will give the code unless you go directly through newegg. If you bought from Amazon, you must go through Amazon. Those are just a few things to help before you post on the other thread.

Let me get this straight, Nvidia has a problem with a person giving away something the said person purchased?
I did that in the past when i bought my 760FTW and i didn't want the game so i just gave it away to a random person.

Then it had to be from an authorized retailer, and you get the code from them. No one else can give you the code but am authorized retailer.
