Good exposure in general section.  Maybe I will break the TOS even more and make a duplicate in the gaming section! 

Of course, he could also simply make it a global sticky and have it in ALL the sections....

Whats the point having a promotions sticky if you don't use it for stuff like this. Now we have sticky posts that take up over half the screen again.

I have a question. So i purchased a Titan black from a store called BandH because evga nor nvidia has not had them in stock for some time. Anyhow my card is the correct part number to be eligible for the watchdogs promotion but when i went to collect my code from EVGA i got the The promotion is for Australia / New Zealand only. Does this mean i cant get watchdogs? I live in the U.S. 

So if I step up my 750 Ti I wont get a code?

Since Step Ups are considered new products, am I able to purchased an Extended Warranty or EAR for it?

The replacements do get auto-registered.  You can see the replacement serial number on your "My products" list once its been sent out.  I do see that your replacement is on its way to you and should be delivered today. 
 
With the EAR and Ext Warranty, they are available for purchase on your Step Up video card.  Since it is considered a new purchase, both of the options are available.  Again you can see the options under the "My Products" page and the Step Up card which should be product #1 on your list.  The Step Up is a promotion in itself, so the only thing it does not qualify is any other current promotions, like any free games or software.

EVGA only gives out codes directly for products purchased from our Web Store.  For products purchased outside of our Web Store, you would need to contact the place of purchase for your code.

yes I'm in australia region, I tried logging out and in again but still didn't work
But I got "Rise of the Triad" without any problem. 

So I deleted my first invoice upload and re-uploaded again, no luck I still couldn't see that "Request" button
