Right now I have an AMD A-10 6700 APU installed because that's what came with the computer. (Yes, I'm one of those guys that bought a pre-built an stuck this card in there) Anyways, I'd like to know if using this GPU in tandem with say an FX 8350 would boost it's performance or does it not matter? Seems like it's lacking just a bit of performance compared to benchmarks. I may be mistaken though.

Also, with the EVGA Precision X software is it okay to boost the CPU Fan speed to keep things a bit cooler just for the sake of doing so? You know that graph with the movable points for fan speed at different temperatures. I don't mind hearing the fan as long as I know it's doing it's job an not going crazy because it's struggling to keep the core cool.

Right now It's running between 65-75 Celsius. I only tested that with Skyrim though. Probably runs hotter with Battlefield 4. Either way I assume that's a bit hot an if not I still want to know ways to cool it down with just the EVGA Precision X software.

Hello and welcome to the forum. You can get some idea of relative performance here:
    http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_a10_6700_review_apu,1.html
    Specifically, page 18.

As you can see, until you get to the i7 range, you're CPU limited as FPS is relatively unchanged with resolution.  Looks like about a 15% performance hit compared with the 8350. With the newer drivers, the penalty may be a bit less. As far as using a fan profile, quite a few folks use them here to keep temps a bit lower that the default fan profile of around 80C under full load. If you're staying under that under full load, using  a custom profile is probably just going to make things a bit louder without really making a difference.

Well I was just worried that since my case isn't aftermarket an doesn't have a ton of space in it that it may be running a bit hotter than it should. Right now I can't hear the fan running at all, it's super quiet. As soon as I load up BF4 (Medium Settings) it starts churning up a storm. It's not possible to over RPM the fan with the EVGA Precision X software is it? Because I don't want to tear anything up when adjusting the fan settings.

No it is not possible to over RPM the fan, Precision tells the Video card BIOS "Hey I want you to set the fan to X%" and then the Video card BIOS then determines what voltage it needs to make the fan run at that speed

You can't set the fan speed past the limits in the stock BIOS using software regardless of how high you set it.

So since you all say I can't set the fan speed past the limits using only the Precision X software, what would be the side effect of setting the fan to 100% @ all times? (No, I don't plan on doing that just curious of the consequences if there are any)

Just wear on the fan over time. It will be normal wear and tear, but as it runs full force, it would seem to wear out quicker than if it ran at 50%.
