gtx780 warranty sticker

Hi I was having a little proplem with my gtx 780 sc with backplate screen goes blank for a second or 2 then comes back on I decided to look for serial no to check warranty and there is not one on the back I don't ever remember seeing one but wasn't worried as I could see a few stickers under the plate so I have just taken the plate off but cant see a black and white sticker with a serial on just one that states the model no with a dccv no underneath another one that has a CIN no and one with bios on the only black and white one with serial is on the backplate itself I have typed this in and it says there is 1014 days warranty left but the pn is 100-bp-2780-b9 please help as this cost me a lot of money and I don't know what to do

    Hi I don't have a box as I had it fitted for me as I am a novice and don't like to mess with things I don't understand
