I just switched all my miners to 42Coin, mining on 42.hashfaster.com

Anybody else familiar with this coin? Against it? For it?

I have been mining Doge pretty much the entire time ever since I started mining, and now I have a large quantity of it and I'm looking at other currencies. Waiting for Doge to increase in value so I can sell it later. 42Coin seem to be one of the top currencies to mine based on www.coinwarz.com

Thoughts?

Its a high valued coin but my understanding there are only 42 to be had.
Value at the moment at the site I mine at is 42.37250224 BTC per 1 coin
was a value of 51.xxx something earlier today tho. One coin a lone could
make you a rich man even at the low value of BTC at the moment, but
chances of you getting one of those 42 coins is slim to none I think.
You might get lucky and get a small piece of one at some mining pool.
I had over 500k shares built up when it hit last time, but was a orphan
for our pool, so a lot of time spent working it for nothing.

Oh yea might want to find out just how many of those 42 coins are left to be found, might not be many left?
Edit: my guess the less that are left the greater the value will be for those that remain and maybe why its as high as it is right now.
Edit2: BTW it hit just two days ago and I'm pretty sure before it hit it was at 7 days since the one before it.
I have 12k shares of it now but only working it a little here and there now, nothing like before.

    Less than three 42Coins mined
42coin is at the opposite extreme of Doge. 42 has limited number of coins / high value per coin, doge has large number of coins / low value per coin. One block of 42 awards 0.00004200 coin, one block of Doge awards 30k coins. They are only different in where their dev place the decimal. But don't mine 42coin with less than 100kh/s as your share could be less than 0.00000001 and you get nothing.
One problem about 42 is the short block time of 42sec. Too short means it is prone to orphan.

if you think this coin has merit, I would buy it instead of mine it. its at a low now. TBH though without doing any research, I wouldn't deal with any coin on a term of more than 15 days. too much downside risk with all the competition in the alts.

My total hashrates for my rigs average 2500-2800KH/s... I'll give it a week and see how it goes.

lol, reminds me of the time 2 years ago I thought it would be fun to try to solo bitcoin for a month. thought I might get lucky as the dif was under 1mil (cant remember exactly might have only been 100k or so). The calculator said I should find a block in 5 months. I gave it 22 days before I gave up.
